Last Updated: [DATE]

This Privacy Policy explains how Clarity Before Commitment handles personal information in connection with the Website and services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, booking details, payment records, communications, coaching information, assessment responses, limited CRM notes and Website or device information.

We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the service or purpose concerned.

2. Information About Other People

Clients may share information about prospective matches, spouses, family members or others where relevant to coaching or an assessment.

Users should not provide information they are prohibited from sharing or unnecessary highly sensitive information.

Information about another person is not treated as independently verified.

3. Assessments and AI

Assessment and AI tools may process information supplied by the user to generate the requested output.

Where an assessment does not require an account, responses are not intentionally added to a personal CRM or coaching profile solely because the assessment was completed.

Technology providers may temporarily process information where necessary to operate the assessment or AI functionality.

4. How We Use Information

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide services, manage bookings, process payments, communicate with clients, operate assessments or AI tools, maintain CRM and business records, provide agreed support, maintain Website security and comply with legal requirements.

5. Technology Providers

We may use service providers for CRM, hosting, scheduling, payments, communications, video calls, transcription, analytics, security and AI functionality.

These providers may process information where necessary to provide their service.

We do not sell personal information.

6. Recording

A coaching session may be recorded or transcribed only after the client has been informed.

The client may opt out.

Raj does not ordinarily retain session recordings as part of the client’s ongoing record.

Recordings or transcripts will not be used publicly or for marketing without separate permission.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The Website may use cookies, analytics and similar technologies for operation, security, performance and measurement.

Consent will be obtained for non-essential technologies where required.

8. Retention and Security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the relevant purpose or necessary business, accounting or legal records.

Assessment responses are not intentionally retained as part of a personal profile where the assessment is designed not to do so.

Session recordings are not ordinarily retained after their disclosed purpose is complete.

CRM, payment and business records may be retained where reasonably required.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal information.

9. Marketing

Providing an email address for an enquiry, assessment, booking, receipt or purchased service does not automatically subscribe the user to marketing.

Users may unsubscribe from marketing communications.

10. Privacy Requests

Individuals may request correction, updating, deletion or other action concerning personal information where applicable.

Reasonable identity verification may be required.

Requests should be made using the contact details stated in the Terms & Conditions.

11. International Processing

Technology providers may process information using infrastructure outside India.

Such processing will be handled in accordance with the legal requirements applicable to Clarity Before Commitment.

12. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated when our services, technology or information-handling practices change.

This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and is governed by the same governing-law provisions.
