Clarity Before Commitment provides coaching, educational guidance and decision-support relating primarily to arranged marriage and relationship decisions.
Services may include Clarity Coaching, biodata and filtration guidance, communication guidance, verification guidance, assessments, AI-supported tools, educational resources and related services offered by Raj.

The separate Coaching Disclaimer / Nature of the Client Relationship forms part of these Terms.
It explains the purpose, boundaries and responsibilities of the coaching relationship.
Clarity Before Commitment is not matchmaking, matrimonial brokerage, private investigation, therapy, licensed counselling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice or crisis intervention.
Where professional assistance is required, the client should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Raj may provide observations, opinions, methods, suggestions and practical options based on the information shared by the client.
All final decisions remain with the client.
Guidance may change where the information available changes or is incomplete or inaccurate.
The purpose of Clarity Coaching is better-informed decision-making.
No particular match, relationship, marriage or personal outcome is guaranteed.
Fees are paid for the service, time, methodology and guidance provided, not for a guaranteed result.
Raj may provide methods, suggestions and practical options to help clients verify information relevant to their situation.
Such guidance is provided as advice only. Raj does not independently verify, certify or guarantee the information, person or outcome.
The client remains responsible for carrying out any verification and deciding how to act on the guidance provided.
Clients may share information about prospective matches, spouses, family members or others where relevant to the service.
Clients remain responsible for what they provide and should not knowingly share information they are prohibited from sharing.
Passwords, banking credentials, authentication codes, government identification numbers and unnecessary intimate material should not be provided.
Information shared about another person is not treated as independently verified.
Assessments and AI-supported tools are intended to assist reflection, identify patterns and support decision-making.
Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate where relevant information is missing.
AI does not determine or certify another person’s thoughts, feelings, intentions, honesty, mental health, compatibility, commitment, character or future behaviour.
AI output should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a significant decision.
Personal information is handled in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.
Private coaching information will not be intentionally disclosed to unrelated persons except with permission or where legally required.
Private coaching communications are not legally privileged.
A session may be recorded or transcribed only after the client has been informed.
The client may opt out.
Raj does not ordinarily retain session recordings as part of the client’s ongoing record.
Recordings or transcripts will not be used publicly or for marketing without separate permission.
Raj may use CRM, scheduling, payment, communication, hosting, analytics, AI and other technology providers to operate the service.
Administrative records may include contact details, bookings, payments, communications and limited notes necessary to provide or administer the service.
Access and support depend on the service purchased.
Unless expressly included, a service does not provide unlimited messaging, immediate responses, continuous access, emergency support or indefinite coaching.
Messages outside a scheduled session do not automatically expand the service purchased.
If another person pays for an adult client’s session, the person receiving the coaching remains the client.
Payment does not automatically provide the payer access to the session or information discussed.
Where multiple people attend a session, confidentiality between those participants cannot be guaranteed.
Prices may change from time to time.
Raj may communicate prices and services through email, quotation, proposal, message, invoice, booking page or other written communication.
A quotation may include its own validity or expiry date.
Once that date passes, Raj may maintain, revise or withdraw the offer.
Once a service has been accepted and paid for within its validity period, later general price changes do not alter that purchase.
Future or additional services may be priced separately.
Payment may be collected directly or through an independent payment provider.
The applicable currency and payment terms will be stated in the relevant offer.
Banking, currency-conversion or payment-provider charges may apply to international payments.
Applicable taxes may be included in or added to the quoted amount.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling and package expiry are governed by the separate Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy and any specific written terms applicable to the purchased service.
Raj may provide free educational or community guidance as part of his personal interest or seva.
Free guidance does not create an ongoing coaching relationship, unlimited access or an obligation to continue providing support.
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes.
Private client information will not be intentionally used as an identifiable testimonial without separate permission.
Original frameworks, assessments, methodologies, content and educational materials created by Raj remain the intellectual property of Raj Mehta unless otherwise stated.
They may be used personally but may not be commercially reproduced, redistributed, systematically copied or used to create a competing commercial service without permission.
Raj may decline, pause or terminate a service where the service is being misused, boundaries are repeatedly disregarded, communication becomes abusive, the matter falls outside the scope of coaching, specialist assistance is more appropriate or continuing is no longer reasonably suitable.
Website and technology availability is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Clarity Before Commitment may use independent third-party services operating under their own terms and privacy practices.
Clarity Before Commitment may serve clients outside India.
Raj may restrict or decline services where legal, regulatory, privacy, tax, payment or operational considerations require it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raj Mehta and Clarity Before Commitment will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss arising from coaching guidance, Website content, AI outputs, information supplied by clients, actions of other people, relationship outcomes, client decisions, technical interruptions or third-party services.
Where liability arises directly from a paid service, Raj’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and related policies are governed by the laws of India.
Any non-waivable legal requirement shall apply only where, and strictly to the extent, it is legally binding on the parties.
Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication and, if unresolved, may be brought before a competent forum having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
