This Policy applies unless different terms are clearly stated in the written service offer accepted by the client.
A session may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, the client may choose one reschedule or a refund of that session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session and missed appointments are generally non-refundable.
Raj may make an exception in genuine exceptional circumstances.
An exception does not create a precedent or future entitlement.
A session may still end at the originally scheduled time where the client arrives late.
Late arrival does not ordinarily entitle the client to additional time, refund or replacement.
If Raj cannot provide a paid scheduled session, the client may choose a replacement session or refund of that session.
Packages or ongoing services may have their own validity, expiry, cancellation and refund terms stated in the relevant written offer.
Services already delivered or substantially used are generally non-refundable.
Unused benefits may lapse after a stated expiry date.
A completed coaching session or personalised service is generally non-refundable because the client disagrees with the guidance, circumstances later change or the preferred relationship outcome does not occur.
Payment is for the service and guidance provided, not for a guaranteed result.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it.
After expiry, Raj may maintain, revise or withdraw the offer.
Once accepted and paid within its validity period, the agreed price for that service remains unchanged.

This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and is governed by the same governing-law provisions.
